Terms of Service

TPP Intelligence (the “Service”) is a TPP-developed analytics tool (“we”) that lets content creators connect their YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and podcast accounts and view all their performance data in one dashboard, with AI-generated insights. By joining the waitlist or signing in to the Service, you agree to these terms.

Submitting your email to our waitlist signs you up to receive an email when early access opens and occasional product updates. You may opt out at any time by emailing support@tpp.network. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service.

Once early access is open, you must create an account and authorize the Service to access the channels and accounts whose analytics you want to view. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to grant the Service access to the data you connect.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: analyzing performance data from channels and accounts you control or have permission to access. You will not:

• Connect channels or accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze.
• Attempt to access, extract, or redistribute another user's data.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service or underlying APIs.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass users, or violate any law.

The Service displays data fetched on your behalf from YouTube, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, Simplecast, and other providers under the terms of their respective APIs. You agree to abide by those platforms' terms of service when using data surfaced in TPP Intelligence, including but not limited to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from the connected platform's security or permissions page.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may suspend access if abuse is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Decisions made based on data displayed in the Service are your responsibility.

We may revoke access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions related to ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
